I still find it a challenge to personalize a stay there to make it special, as the level of knowledge among employees has declined.
This hotel made me feel practical: They allowed me to book an ap rate prior to arrival.

We have gone for the past 30 years and will continue to go as often as we can.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: Everything there was so easy: just park the car and leave it there for a week--they take you everywhere you need to go!

I had a wonderful time there; I saw all the parks and most of the major attractions.
This hotel made me feel entertained: The housekeeping made different animals out of the towels everyday, and the kids were excited to see what different one would be made for each day of our stay at our Fort Wilderness cabins.

Walt Disney resorts are not kept as clean over the last 5 years as they had been previously. I am less impressed with their attention to detail.
