Our cabin was so dirty I could write in the dust on the stove, floor, and TV. Bathroom door was stuck had to be worked on. Plug in bathroom didn't work. Transportation takes to long from this resort. Kitchen appliances very old and cheap. Frig was not cooling at first. Very disappointing from what we have come to expect from Disney and they have no response at all to all of the problems. I would never spend the kind of money we spent to stay at any Disney resort. They cabin was bad but more concered Disney had no response to their own survey from a customer that had multiple problems documented and they don't seem to care. By the way the Trail's end resturant was $80 for 2 adults and 2 kids. Not typical disney service and food was not good.

The Cabins at Fort Wilderness are well designed for a family traveling with very small children. The transportation within the resort and to the parks is tedious, though, as one has to wait for at least two different buses to get to the parks and the resort buses leave from two different stops depending upon which park one is going to. The housekeeping staff does a nice job, but we found the front desk area to be lacking both at check in and check out. We stay at Walt Disney World every eighteen months or so and this was our first stay at the Fort Wilderness Cabins. The level of service in the front desk area seriously lagged behind all of our previous experiences at both deluxe and moderate resorts. Overall, even though the cabin was well thought out and easy to use for our family, we would not stay there again because of the transportation hassles and the very poor on property customer service.

I am very likely to return to the Disney's Fort Wilderness Homes.
I might recommend it to friends.

Our family travels to WDW twice per year. Once we tried the cabins we haven't been to any other hotel. We like the quiet, relaxed atmosphere. Some people find they need a golf cart to get around, but we do not mind walking. We enjoy the extra space you get in the cabins plus the full kitchen with an ice maker! Trail's End is a great place to eat with very friendly servers, good basic food and some of the best prices on the WDW property.

I am very likely to return to the Disney's Fort Wilderness Homes.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

34 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

We stayed at Fort Wilderness cabins, which the whole family loved. It was comfortable, quiet, and had easy access to all the parks. We had plenty of room for everyone and we also loved that the theme of the resort was carried through every aspect of the resort.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: The cast members were just wonderful about making sure we had everything we needed. It was my son's birthday and everyone treated him extra special.

I am very likely to return to the Disney's Fort Wilderness Homes.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The cabins at Ft. Wilderness offer fully furnished kitchens and sleeping for six to seven. You can park at each cabin and all have some privacy in the woods. Bus service is provided within the resort and golf carts are available for rent. Each cabin has a separate bedroom and a Murphy bed in the living area along with a private deck, picnic table, and outdoor grill. I suggest you book well in advance during Christmas and New Year's seasons.

This hotel made me feel secure: Disney security patrols each camping and cabin loop frequently and also has a twenty-four hour manned guard gate. The doors have standard hotel type locks with self-closing metal doors.

I am very likely to return to the Disney's Fort Wilderness Homes.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
