This hotel made me feel important: I think they make everyone feel important by making sure the guests know the best time to see a particular show or how to plan the evening so you can see just about all the firework shows. Also, buses are kept on schedule…thus, no surprises!

This hotel made me feel respected: We always had assistance from the employees. My husband is disabled and he needed help getting to and from our room to the front desk or the restaurants.

I would recommend the WDWR to anyone who wants to have that perfect Disney vacation with their family or by themselves!
This hotel made me feel inspired: It inspired me to just be a kid again…to just go and have fun without having to worry about my outside problems!

I was involved in a highway accident while on a Disney resort bus. The Disney personnel handled it very poorly.

I recommend the Coronado Resort because it is an excellent mid-range resort and the Pepper Grill was efficient and pleasant.
This hotel made me feel secure: Double locks were on the doors and the hotel was patrolled.

Disney offered a special for military personnel. It provided my family with a chance to go to Disney World. While there, they do everything they can to service guests and make guests feel like royalty. I liked the environment, the employees' attitude and customer service.
This hotel made me feel content: Disney takes care of everything! Getting the luggage off your bus to inside your room, they take care of getting to and from locations, and have everything you need close by in all parks. The employees go above and beyond for you. I had no worries or stress.

We were not treated that well. The price was very high for that treatment. Our cruise on Princess was a much better deal for the dollar and was much more luxurious, and we were treated much better.
