This resort is classed as a Dinsey 'Moderate', so the room sizes aren't as big you may get in some other Dinsey resorts, but they are clean and tidy. There's a wide range of recreational activities on offer, from 6 pools, some with waterfalls and slides, a beach to relax on, games arcades, playgrounds and much more. The resort os fairly large so be prepared for quite a lot of walking. There are a number of food outlets serving all kinds of food, snacks and drinks. There is a bus to all the main attractions but there can sometimes be quite a wait for this. The resort as a whole is really well kept and you can watch the sunset over the pool areas too. There is also a shuttle service from Orlando Airport.

We checked in CBR for 1 night since I could not extend my stay at the Port Orleans Riverside. We checked in at 3 on August 7, I noticed the room floors were sticky an UNCLEAN but I used their towels as rugs to mitigate this issue. We left for the Theme Parks and did not come back until 1AM, I then requested for late check out and the front desk said we can speak to housekeeping and usually they can allow 1PM as the latest time. Houskeeping keeps knocking at your doors by 8am in Disney resort hotels (I noticed this in Port Orleans too) wanting to do your rooms - Which doesnt make sense since we wanted to sleep in and they keep disturbing us. When me and my kids got up at around 930 we got ready and decided to pack up my husband and 1 child showered first and by 1115 it was my turn to shower, I was shampooing my hair when the water had stopped running normally. It felt like there was not enough pressure for the shower to run, the water was drizzling and it was BROWN (dirty)... EEeeeeew! I got out of bathroom and contacted front desk. They said there was a problem in the ENTIRE Building we were at - We were at the Barbados Building #14 room 23, He was not at all friendly - I EVEN ASKED IF there was another place I can shower - I WANT OUT of that place - He said "NO" what a creep no alternative to an issue like this - how sad , I asked to speak to the MANAGER he said he will email the manager to call me - I waited and waited until 1215 no phone call, no water and shampoo on my head still. I called the fornt desk again and this time a girl answered she was better at calming me down but not good enough - I told her I need this fixed or provide me with a better alternative - If I was still in the room by 1PM they will charge me for an extra day - NOT ACCEPTABLE I want out of that dump NOW!!! She says that the Manager was on his way to meet me at the room - He never showed up and I was sick and tired of waiting so I left very UPSET and frustrated - I DO NOT recommend this place at all - You are better off staying at the Port Orleans it costs the same....
