Excellent
This is the first time I have stayed at a Disney property and I will stay again. The service was top notch and the room was great. The bed was comfortable and we wanted for nothing. It truly was a magical experience.

If you are going there for Mickey Mouse, it is the place to be, but don't expect a good bed or good service. The rooms are in dire need of upgrading. The standard upgrades now found in most Holiday Inn Express have not yet been made at this hotel, so outside of the Mickey experience - which is fabulous - expect your room to be more like a Motel 6, which is OK if you plan on spending most of your time at the park. The staff is responsive to needs.

The hotel was pretty much what we expected; the furnishings were beautiful and there were those special Disney touches everywhere, from the shampoo and soaps to the "pixie dust" along the borders of the wallpaper! The Disneyland hotel is worth the money simply because of the atmostphere; you really feel like you never leave Disneyland, even when you go to sleep at night. The convenience of the monorail is amazing! The staff will bend over backwards to make your stay "magical." We are planning on staying there again in a couple of months....the prices are steep, but if you can afford to splurge, DO IT! It will absolutely be worth it!
