The hotel was family oriented. It was very close to the park. It was easier to get into the park by monorail.

This hotel made me feel pampered: Everything was taken care of.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Disneyland Hotel.
I might recommend it to friends.

The price for the size of the room was amazing, I can only imagine what the suites are like.

This hotel made me feel entertained: The parades and the fireworks help tie in all the themed areas kept me entertained. Also, the constant upgrades to the rides helped me feel like they were working to improve the already amazing value.

I am very likely to return to the Disneyland Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

18 year old man with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

It was a great vacation to Disneyland.

However, after a 6 hour drive from Arizona to get to Anaheim, we were all tired. It took us a while to get checked in, but that was because of my dad's habit of talking for a long time. Anyway, once we got to our suite, it was amazing. The Disney decorations were amazing from the pixie dust border on the wall, to the map of Treasure Island of the TV cabinets.

We had concierge service so we had access to a concierge lounge and if you had a question about the parks you could always go to the front desk and ask them. The employees were very helpful and courteous, and we celebrated two birthdays there and the food we ordered through room service for those occasions was delicious.

The beds were comfortable and they even left chocolates on the pillows every night and on the first night a box of cookies. The bathrooms were very clean and well stocked with towels, soaps, shampoos, etc.

The hotel rooms were also very clean and they had a small mini refrigerator in each bedroom and in the "kitchenette" (basically a small cabinet with a counter and a mini fridge but it was useful. Two of the couches turned into beds which was useful because with a family of 8 (6 kids and two adults) we needed additional beds because there were only three physical beds.

The walk to the monorail wasn't too bad though the Grand Californian hotel was closer, it's still not too bad of a walk. So, anyway my family had a fabulous time and we hope to be able to go there again sometime.

I am very likely to return to the Disneyland Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel had a good location but the monorail to the park was not operating. The room was expensive but it was not any better than other hotels in the area.

I am not likely to return to the Disneyland Hotel.

Listening to doors slamming, people speaking all day and night in the hallways, and the sound of every toilet in the building flushing can make for poor sleep.

The room was not very clean, there was hair on the bathroom floor. The beds are hard and the room features are non-existent. There were no in room movies, no coffee maker, this is a no frills, no perks hotel. The staff was rude and unhelpful. Next time I go to Disneyland, I will stay at a neighboring hotel.

It is a bit pricey, but it is the Magic Kingdom, so it was worth it. Everywhere you go is kid friendly, even a top rated restaurant.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. They made it seem perfectly ok to bring a one year old to nice restaurants.

It is very accommodating to personal needs. It is fairly close to the park. However, the pool was obviously overcrowded by about one hundred people, that should have been addressed.

The location was a bit too far from the park entrance. I liked the cleanliness, pools, stores, and room service. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was way overpriced, although the food was great.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: I liked the peacefulness, nice beds, and the spacious room and bathroom.

Hotel Review by a traveler from Tonawanda, NY - Posted Jun 7, 06
26 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

It is within walking distance of both Disneyland parks, as well as downtown Disney. The rooms were very large and decorated in a very tasteful and contemporary manner. The housekeeping staff did a great job. Also, we had a wonderful view of some of the major rides as well as downtown Disney.

This hotel made me feel important: My family was traveling from across the country, and we were made to feel especially magical, since most Disneyland guests are from the state of California. Disney Cast Members at the hotel went out of their way to say hello to us and ask us how our stay was going.

I am very likely to return to the Disneyland Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was wonderful and it was, as they say, magical. My travel agent was great to recommend it.

This hotel made me feel content: From check in to check out my experience with the hotel was the best I have had. I did not have to worry about anything. They seemed to be one step ahead of me.

I am very likely to return to the Disneyland Hotel.

It was a wonderful place to stay. It was convenient to Downtown Disney, Monorail Station, Disneyland, and California Adventure. My room was very neat and bathroom was clean. I did not like that you had to pay to come into the valet area to pick up other guests.

The location was ideal for park access. Make sure and do a character breakfast if you have younger children, however, the character dinner was not worth the money.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: My room was more comfortable than standard hotel rooms. The extra towels and toiletries were provided daily without being specially requested.

All Disney hotels we have stayed at are superior in comfort, cleanliness and service. They are expensive, but top-notch and convenient.

member icon Just a hotel with Mickey but no comfort
Posted Mar 30, 06 by Kimlan, 4 reviews

If you are going there for Mickey Mouse, it is the place to be, but don't expect a good bed or good service. The rooms are in dire need of upgrading. The standard upgrades now found in most Holiday Inn Express have not yet been made at this hotel, so outside of the Mickey experience - which is fabulous - expect your room to be more like a Motel 6, which is OK if you plan on spending most of your time at the park. The staff is responsive to needs.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Disneyland Hotel.
I might recommend it to friends.
