This seaside resort is well kept and has plenty to offer. Set in a brilliant location, a walk away from Epcot and the Boardwalk, and one of the first pick up and drop off points on the shuttle bus. You can also walk out to the pier at the back of the resort and take a boat to MGM studios. Being near to the Beach Club resort means that there is access to both resorts. The rooms are a good size, are well lit and have a balcony or patio. The resort has plenty to offer with a wide choice of dining area - the steakhouse is particularly good, swimming pools, water rentals, a fitness center, spa, sauna, volleyball, tennis and private beach! There are also children's programmes available. The staff are accomodating and friendly although the check queues can be large during busy periods. Transport from the airport is via the Magical Express.

The staff seemed to have very little knowledge of the services that the Disney Resorts Offered. We were given multiple directions and times for using the Disney Magic Bus for departure - very frustrating. The concierge didn't know what time the park closed that day.
The room could have been cleaner. We found cheerios on the floor and bottles under bed & in drawers. Two of the main light bulbs did not work on our arrival and were not fixed during our four day stay. The toiletries were not replaced when they were empty.
The hotel doesn't have Wi-Fi access in the rooms. Why would anyone ever want to stay here for business travel?
pros: pool, staff, rooms, gift shopI've stayed at the Yacht Club every year(over 18 times!). I am so in love with the whole resort. The pool is AMAZING. As well as the room decor. It's more upscale then the Beach Club in my opinion. I've stayed on...

It was near Disney, I could travel there by boat or car or trolley. There were lots of nearby activities. It had beautiful rooms, pools, courteous help but the food was not the best and it was very high priced. I liked the clean rooms and the nice maid service. I appreciated the comfortable beds, the hot shower and I had a wonderful stay.
It was a very comfortable room, with a nice TV and remote and we had three beds as there were five of us. We were visiting Disney mostly. But the lawns were green, the pool was refreshing, the front desk was pleasant. I use a motorize scooter to get around and the handicapped usage was very easy to use and comfortable.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Disney's Yacht Club Resort.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I loved the fact that the hotel accommodated me with helping me celebrate my son's birthday. They sent an autographed photo of Mickey and a balloon while we were at the parks.
There was always something going on at the hotel whether it was at the pool area or character breakfasts. My son had an awesome time!
I am very likely
to return to the Disney's Yacht Club Resort.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I loved this resort. It was in an extremely convenient location. The staff was very nice, accommodating, customer service oriented and I have stayed at Disney twelve times in eight different resorts, moderate and premium, and this was the nicest.
I am very likely
to return to the Disney's Yacht Club Resort.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

We have a vacation home on the New England Coast and this hotel captures that feeling and more. Everything is top quality and in like new condition. The pool area is amazing.
We had every expectation met and absolutely no complaints. The quality of the service and the amenities is top notch.
