40 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
This place is an Econolodge with a slight Disney tinge. Everything is below par, from the elevators to the toiletries. Ask yourself why you would pay 300-400 per night when they give you crap (Econolodge-level) shampoo...
We had never stayed in a Disney Resort. The hotel was way above your average hotel. Very clean. Rooms were promptly cleaned before we got back in the afternoon. I was a litttle worried when I saw reviews of the walking distance. I don't...

We stayed 2 nights on a trip to Disneyland. The rooms were large, comfortable and clean. Room service was fast and delicious. The only problem we had was the wait for the elevators, mostly when we went down.

As a family travelling with 8 I was ready to get some grief. We showed up 4 hours early fully expecting to have to kill some time. To my surprise our rooms were ready and beautifully appointed. The only glitch was procurring a wheel chair to get my 80 year old mother to the park(even though it was a short walk). The Bell Captain had one of his staff drive her to the entrance of Downtown Disney where the walk was more manageable for her. They were very accomodating during a very busy time of year. Would definitely stay over and over and over again.
We liked every thing about this place. It was amazing. I won this stay on a radio station and I was so pleased with our accomadations. GLORIOUS GLORIOUS GLORIOUS! Fridge, couch bed, cool sheets. I likey. We are here right now. Actually they...

The worst thing about our stay was waiting for the elevators! For a large hotel, there are only 4 of them. Tip-if the elevators are busy, hit both buttons get on whether it's going up or down. It will be faster then waiting for one going the right...

While we were staying in our beautiful room, construction on the pool one floor below us was banging away. However, the construction isn't what bothered us. When the construction workers began working with a jackhammer at 7am directly outside our room (one floor down), we naturally called the front desk to complain. They basically said, "Too bad for you! They have a permit to work that early in the morning and engineering is who scheduled that work. There is nothing we can do." My four year old son was scared out of his skin by the earth shattering, room shaking noise! The hotel staff didn't care in the least. We spoke to other hotel guests staying way above the floor we were on, and they were awoken by the racket as well. I will never stay there again! There are way too many hotels to choose from in the immediate area, this experience was AWFUL!!

We went for our 20th wedding anniversary, and it's really not the place for romance. On our anniversary, the hotel recommended the hotel restaurant, the Pacific Grill. The service was poor, the food only adequate and the ambience was really...
