A gorgeous resort decorated to a Victorian Theme, the resort includes a lagoon area and beach pool. The rooms are big and airy, with large and with well stocked bathrooms, the emphasis is certainly on luxury. If you can, the consierge rooms are well worth the money, with food platters laid out for you in the morning and a number of other additions that really make it a special treat. The resort also includes 2 pools, a lagoon, with tasteful verandas nearby to relax in. You can also order a proper afternoon tea here, complete with a variety of tea cakes. There is a kids pool and they also offer a number of activities to keep your children occupied if you want a night out. There is a large selection of boats to hire out on the lake, including the opportunity to charter the resort's very own Yacht. The staff are really helpful here and always polite. The restaurants are also a good quality here, and in the consierge building, food is served daily in the lobby, with cocktails served in the evening. The shuttle bus takes you to the main attractions and you can get to the resort from the airport using the Magical Express.

The room was super and I did not have to worry about driving to go to different parks; it was very comfortable just to get on boats, or the ferry to go back to the hotel.

The best (& most expensive) hotel, next to the Magic Kingdom, is my personal favorite. I''ve stayed there 3 times and it was the site of my wedding in 1995.
The hotel is a replica of the Royal Poinciana, a great railroad hotel built by Henry...
