This resort is classed as a Dinsey 'Moderate', so the room sizes aren't as big you may get in some other Dinsey resorts, but they are clean and tidy. There's a wide range of recreational activities on offer, from 6 pools, some with waterfalls and slides, a beach to relax on, games arcades, playgrounds and much more. The resort os fairly large so be prepared for quite a lot of walking. There are a number of food outlets serving all kinds of food, snacks and drinks. There is a bus to all the main attractions but there can sometimes be quite a wait for this. The resort as a whole is really well kept and you can watch the sunset over the pool areas too. There is also a shuttle service from Orlando Airport.

My daughter decided surprise her niece for her birthday. The front desk worked for over 1/2 hour giving us a beautiful blessing for her to stay and to get all the dinners planned to include her.
All was OK, except for the hotel restaurant, they said she didn't get it in the system. The hotel restaurant messed up and the birthday cake for my granddaughter's special night, her 4th birthday. There was no cake, true the manager of the evening at the food court did find one, but the first thing my daughter was very disappointed because it was not what she really wanted.
Plus their room smelled so bad, the hotel had to bring in a machine to try and help the smell. The refrigerator door was broken.
The housekeeping was OK, the grounds were beautiful, actually making you feel like you were in Jamaica! They have beautiful grounds, very poor rooms and reservation handling of event. And I did like the dividing curtain in the room and sink area, were both very nice.

Good
We went to this resort last spring when my husband had a business trip there. We chose this resort because it said it had a lot to do and see right there at the resort.
It boasted that it had gift shops, restaurants, six heated pools ...

We loved everything about the resort. The attention to detail was just amazing. Just when you thought you saw it all, there was more. It was easy to get from place to place and the attitudes of the cast members were always cheery. The only thing we did not like was the beds. We only needed one but got two double beds and tried both hoping that one might be more comfortable than the other and it was difficult getting up and heading to the parks without a good night's sleep.
They were very friendly and treated everyone in the same fashion. We were there for our wedding and our honeymoon and everyone was genuinely congratulating us.
I am very likely
to return to the Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The quality of the Caribbean Beach Resort was fantastic, holding true to everything we know and have heard about the resorts. The cast members were so helpful, prompt with needs and answering questions, and always available. The grounds were remarkable, and for the four children, ages five to twelve, the Caribbean Beach offered everything we needed to keep them comfortable, interested, and in close proximity to shuttles for each park. We plan on going back as soon as possible.
It made me look just beyond what I think we may like and venture out to what we haven't experienced yet.
I am very likely
to return to the Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This was my tenth vacation at Walt Disney World, so, obviously, I love it! I always stay on the property. I suggest you don't waste your time and energy staying at off-property hotels.
The theme parks and water parks are right there.

I loved everything about this hotel resort and plan on going again sometime in the future! I had a great honeymoon there. Everyone was very friendly. I felt like I was on a tropical island. It had just the right feel.
Everything was always buzzing. The people were cheerful. There were new attractions to get anxious about.
