Good
We stayed here and had a blast. It is within walking distane to both Epcot and Disney Studios. It also has boat service to both of these parks. The rooms themselves are a little run down, but satisfactory. The boardwalk itself has lots of...

This resort was nice - except for the poor service and uncaring staff. So if you want to put up with this type of behaviour for a close walk to Epcot ... its up to you. Customer service overbilled our credit card a total of $ 10,000... and when we told them the mistake- they said billing would have figured it out in a couple of months. I asked for all the credits to be done immediately.. the manager assured me they were done.. and when I checked - still even he couldn't get it right!! He had to go back three times.. Got our credit card and guess what the billing is still wrong...
Asked to be helped out at the desk due to all of this happening.. didn
't even get an apology.. got - they changed the computer system. When you wanted assistance at the front desk they were not helpful - almost like it was an effort to help the guest. Room had maintenance issues that we called in... our luggage was lost - in the disney express... let's say .. not an event we want repeated. Stayed at Saratoga springs and got excellent service last year.. so it appears that the Boardwalk staff probably don't like working there and can't be bothered to make this a magical experience.

The Boardwalk hotel is our home resort although we have stayed at other locations.
The staff treated us like we were their family. There were lots of laughs and great food. Adults down to children are still talking about the experience.
I am very likely
to return to the Disney's BoardWalk Inn.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It is one of our home Disney Vacation Club resorts. We love it. We love the convenience to the theme parks, the excellent service and the spacious accommodations.
