Excellent
This place is just adorable. Feel like you've stepped into another world where movies come to life. The rooms are great, the staff is even greater but the greatest part of the stay is the fun you'll have right on the hotel grounds. This...

This was a great hotel for me and my family. Traveling with 2 kids, they really enjoyed all the little details involved with this hotel, all the building have a theme, and they really enjoyed it, as well as the pool. The food was expensive, but...
29 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We had a wonderful time here. This was our very first trip to Disney World. The staff were very courteous and helpful, check-in and check out was super easy. We used the Magical Express service, so our luggage was delivered to our rooms for us. The food court food was ok, it tended to be very loud and very busy there, but for a matter of convenience, it was nice to have that option there. The shuttles to the parks were wonderful, when ever one bus could not accomodate all the guests waiting, another bus was sent right behind. I would recommend getting the meal plan with your trip, that was a huge bonus not having to worry about meal prices. The decorations are great, there are alot of different statues of different caracters. Toy Story, Herbie, Dalmations, etc. My only complaint would be that if you are staying in the Herbie section which is the farthest one out, you have a bit of a walk to the main building.

Mediocre
workers not well informed and don't go out of there way to help. Could use a little more smiles and hello's. A great service would help if there was a shuttle for sunday services or arrangements with a cab service for a flat rate. Would not stay...

Mediocre
Stayed in Toy Story Section 05/18 to 05/20 with husband and 2 small children. On arrival in our room we found a child's toy in one of the beds in between the sheets which meant they had not been changed prior to our check in. Room was very dirty...
