62 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
This property was the most disorganized and downright rude place we have used. We booked four rooms for four nights for a wedding, and every one was messed up in some way.
After three days, the desk clerk called on the phone to tell us we had to move because we were in the wrong room. Not only were we not in the wrong room, it was they who made the room assignments. We have requested a conversation with management- that was four days ago. We are still waiting.
The non-smoking room stank of secondhand smoke, and the carpet was dirty.
