My fiance' and I stayed at the Dimond Center Hotel for Valentine's weekend. When we checked in, they "couldn't find" our reservation. The situation was easily fixed (so I thought), and the desk attendant made a new reservation...

The staff made checkin very difficult! They were not really interested in assisting those in our party with check-in or correcting the issues with the registration. They almost made it seem as if it was our fault that their system wasn't working ...
