If you're a budget travel and don't absolutely have to be right on the beach, this is the best bet. It's clean, a quick walk to the beach, in Wailea where it's typically sunnier and won't break your budget. Many of the condos I found to be very dirty or full of mildew. You're not getting Frette sheets here, but I didn't want to pay $400 a night either. I have stayed at both the Ritz and the Four Seasons on Maui and frankly, this place was as clean and well kept as those hotels, but without the screaming kids and fee for every little thing aspect. Plus, I'm an active person and I liked the walk back to the hotel - it made me feel less guilty about the Pina Coladas.
