Diamondjacks met my expectations based on the cost and reviews I read before going. The lack of table games at Diamondjacks was disappointing, but we all won more money at Diamondjacks than anywhere else and got the best service from the wait staff
Diamond Jack's may not be the flashiest star in the Shreveport/Bossier City casino scene, but it is perfectly fine for me and my wife. We've been staying there 6 or 7 times a year for the past 3 years and are quite content with it. They have made im

My husband and I planned a trip there for our anniversary. Well something came up and we were unable to go. I cancelled our reservations 24 hours in advance. A few days later I checked my account and saw that there was a charge for 140.00 from Diamo

My husband and I have gambled and stayed in every hotel in the area. I have found Diamond Jacks to have the best paying slots in town and my husband loves the blackjack tables there. They also have the best comps. Sure the rooms are outdated compared to the other casinos but give them a break, they are remodeling.

When I go to Louisiana I always stay at DJ. yes, they are still under construction, but I like what I see. It won't be long and they will have the rooms updated. the pool is nice and I have yet to encounter a negative person. Slots are paying off more now and the new roulette table is great. so give them a try, if you don't like something let a manager know and they will fix you up. they seem to have the best comps in town!

My wife and I have stayed in every casino in the area and every one but Diamond Jack was very nice. Diamond Jack has rude employee's, dirty rooms and linen. I ask for king smoking and received twin , non-smoking. Diamond Jack was the only one who had avaible rooms on Saturday night, now I know why! I will never stay here again.

Me and my family stayed here for 1 night because all other casino hotels were full. The room had all the features that it promised but the hotel is out dated from the deco left from when it was the Aisle of Capri casino. Some of the eletrical sockets did not work, the carpet was stained, and I found a cigarette burn in my blanket. The hotel also stinked. Be carefull leaving your room because some of the room doors don't close all the way. We overheard someone complaining to management that there room was broken into and their belongings were missing. We also encountered some rude customer service. For $200+ a room, go somewhere else.

The location was great, connected to the casino and close to other casinos. The hotel and the casino amenities and the staff are great. I am looking forward to going back really soon!
Everyone was friendly and more than happy to help. If they could not help you they directed you to someone who could. They also told you about promotions and offers that made the trip more enjoyable.
I am very likely
to return to the DiamondJacks Casino Resort.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

My husband and I went down for a night and the minute we arrived everything was terrible. The front desk clerk was so rude and unfriendly. When we got to our room it looked nice but smelled awful. The casino was horrible, if you've ever been to a real casino like Ameristar, you are going to hate this casino. The dealers were so unfriendly I just got up and left. Ok and if paying $220.00 dollars for a room isn't enough they actually charge you for the sucky breakfast bar the next morning. At the Ameristar not only are the rooms cheaper and a lot nicer, you get free breakfast buffet. And let me tell you its awesome. So if your thinking about going to Diamond Jacks, think about it DON'T GO!!
