33 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for business

Have stayed 10 times this year. Have had issues at least 4 times with the staff on mistakes they made that inconvenienced me. More expensive than the Courtyard across the street. Rooms are a push, gym is worse, food is better. No free internet access. If I had to choose I would pick the Courtyard.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center.
I might recommend it to friends.

55 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for business

It was perfect for our conference needs, I loved the classic car display on the bottom floor and I loved the access to shops. Anyone visiting Detroit, first time or subsequent, would truly enjoy this hotel. The daily room cleaning was impressive.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The bed was comfortable. The pillows were very comfortable and they allowed for restful sleep. There were always clean towels when I returned to my room in the evenings.

I am very likely to return to the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The Renaissance Center itself was large and confusing to navigate. The room was good, the view from the windows was great and the bed was wonderful.

We love this place. We come up every year to the car show, and this place couldn't be more convenient. The valet service is wonderful, and you can take the train over to the convention center. They have a breakfast included rate, and the breakfast is divine. The views are great and the beds are comfortable.
