Destination Resorts Hawaii

Destination Resorts apparently rents condos in the Wailea Ekahi condos in Wailea, where we stayed last week. During our trip, we booked a horseback tour into the Haleakala crater, and the company handling the tour faxed some papers to Destination Resorts (because it managed the properties) so that we could sign them in advance of the tour. When Destination Resorts received the fax, they threw it in the trash. When we arrived at Destination Resorts' offices in the Shops at Wailea to sign the facsimile papers, we were told that Destination Resorts would not accept the fax -- leaving us to drive to the tour company's offices to sign the papers instead. Little did we know that Destination Resorts had the papers in its trashcan and could have saved hours of our vacation had it merely handed the papers to us. They were as unaccommodating and unprofessional as can be, and I will NEVER utilize their services in the future.
