38 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

It was infested with bugs, there was garbage on the floor, and the mirrors were dirty. I paid $186.00 for utter filth.

I am not likely to return to the Deluxe Inn and Suites Philadelphia.
I would not recommend it to friends.
