Okay
While the Hotel appears nice from the outside and the staff is extremly friendly, this hotel is a ripoff to the budget minded traveler. They charge $10 per day to park in their huge parking lot. They are near no restuarants, and no nearby parking,...
It was the starting point and ending point for my holiday, while location, cleanliness, and value were good it was the staff that made it, have recommended it to friends and anytime I fly from Vancouver it will be the place I stay. Thank you to the...

Mediocre
Room was too small and so was the bathroom. Only one bathrobe and we were two adults. Expensive hotel for what it offers. Regular rate is $360 for a room that's approx. 350 sq ft. Restaurant was closed and I got there at 6 p.m. The passway to the...

This hotel was pre-booked for my family by my employer for Bell Canada Open golf tournament. Hotel had direct and free shuttle from Vancouver airport, so there was no hassle in getting there. There was also free shuttle to golf course at the time. Speaking of transportation there is the bus terminal right at the doorsteps, so you can get to Steveston, Victoria ferries, Vancouver and Richmond downtowns very quickly. Hotel is well kept, nice decoration in the lobby. First impression from the room is great: pretty big space, TV, telephone with useful phone numbers printed, outlook from the window on the river, bathroom is clean, no last minute cleaning or preparations for guests. Temperature in the room was regulated. Bed was comfortable and hotel provided crib for our 1 years old son at no extra charge.
There are two restaurants and food is well prepared. Hotel has small outdoor pool. Staff is very friendly and you feel warm welcome. They exchanged our travel checks on the reception with no commission, which was nice.
All in all, its nice place to stay for several nights traveling in business or for sightseeing.

This place is 'ok' for one night. Not much around if you don't have a car. They have a parking lot which always seems so full, because people can park there and then go to the airport on the shuttle (it is $10/day to park). Also, they have tons of conferences there, so finding a spot to park for an actual guest of the hotel can be difficult. I circled the lot 3 times before someone finally pulled out and I could have their spot.
The basic rooms (cheapest) are ok. The walls are quite thin and you can hear your neighbour's tv, shower, etc.... The beds are fine and there is quite a bit of space in the room. Room service is good, but a bit slow. Typical room service menu and prices. There are in-room movies for a charge and internet was 9.95 a day I believe. Nice outdoor pool with tons of lounge chairs. My daughter really enjoyed that the pool is very deep and she could jump and dive all she wanted.
I wouldn't want to stay here for a vacation, but as a stopover hotel it is fine. Clean hotel - and that is what matters.

This is a great hotel with access to so many of what the greater Vancouver area has to offer. We stayed here for a couple of nights and then left for Vancouver Island during the week. When we came back, the staff still recognized us and were asking about our trip to the island. The people here are very friendly, and even though we didn't stay at the hotel very long, it felt like a nice home-away-from-home place to come back to each night. The location is also a quick hop to downtown Vancouver without having to deal with the traffic every day. It's near Richmond as well, for great Asian restaurants and a convenient way to get to the Ferry system. The restaurant there also has great fish n' chips!
The souvenir shop was a nice place to learn about some of the local crafts as the lady who worked inside was very knowledgeable about what they were selling.
The rooms are spacious enough for a short stay and very well-kept. The only drawback would be the pay parking lot since you really have no choice as there are no free lots nearby.

Excellent
I orginially wanted to stay in downtown Vancouver but everything seemed booked up. In the end I'm so happy we stayed at Delta Airport and took cabs or drove into the city. The service was amazing. The beds in the upgraded rooms are phenomenal. ...

Good
Better value than in the city, though staying downtown might have been worth a bit more since there's so much there. But it's just a 15-minute drive into downtown. Premier rooms are worth the upgrade. Nice property on river. Great restaurant on the...
