The staff was excellent, pleasant and courteoys.
Good location, but hotel is located above a shopping mall. I had a very room suite, nice ammenities; but the bedroom floor to ceiling window looked out onto the inner atrium of the shopping mall. Other than that - the suite was great.

What a great experience. I came here for my one year anniversary and the staff that service me was very helpful. They provided me with great ideas on what to do and where to go and they were even able to bump me up and upgrade my room free of charge. And the room was absolutely gorgeous. Absolutely amazing view, it was like nothing I have ever seen before. They seemed to go above and beyond to make sure I had an enjoyable stay. I will always be grateful to the staff here. They are truly a top class organization.

As far I can say, this is one of best suite hotels in western canada. May be it's no better than an average 5* hotel, but for it's class and price and business amenities it is no match. To start off, good parking, customer service is outstanding even though it's a group booking, good notifications all around, very nice buffet breakfast during meeting mornings, excellent internet connection with even cables provided for wired users. My only concern was I sometimes can hear the room service people outside while they are cleaning. Meaning, the walls weren't very good, but for business trips it's ok I guess. For last day city visits, they even stored the baggage for free even after check-out time.

This stop was the 2nd stop on my trip through Alberta, I chose this place from a referral from a friend and it did not disappoint.
From the moment i got there the service was excellent, and it again made me feel welcome. Being close to the airport was a bonus as i had to fly out to British Columbia after and this made for easy access. Having West Edmonton Mall close by helped as well.
But the hotel looked fantastic and the room was always kept in great shape. The staff again were fantastic and did everything they could to make my stay a remembered one.

The location of the hotel was perfect - it was located right in the heart of Edmonton's downtown centre: two blocks away from one of the largest shopping malls in the city, a block away from the transit system, and minutes away from stores, offices, and other places of interest.
Our view from the room that we stayed in was not particularly breathtaking as there was mostly construction being conducted on our side of the hotel.
The room, though average in appearance, was clean. The pool, hot tub and fitness centre were rather small, but were also clean and quiet in the evening.
Service was good. The people were efficient and accomodating to our requests.
Compared to other hotels in the downtown area, the price was more than reasonable. An excellent value for our money, in my opinion.
