The Village of Cobbly and Deer Ridge Mountain Resort offer a laid back atmosphere which the Smoky Mountains are known for. Located on the Deer Ridge property you will find a one acre playground, indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna, hot tub, game room, lighted tennis court and a variety of wildlife including black bear, deer, turkey, raccoon and many more. The Village of Cobbly Nob offers 3 outdoor pools that are open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Located in the valley just below Deer Ridge Mountain Resort you will find the Gary Player designed Bent Creek Golf Course. Deer Ridge is the closest resort to the White Water Rafting Outpost on the Pigeon River. Within a few miles of Deer Ridge you will find many hiking trails as well as horse back riding. Located within 5 miles of Deer Ridge the Great Smoky Arts and Crafts Community where local artists work, live and sell their creations. Downtown Gatlinburg, located just 11 miles from Deer Ridges offers many fine restaurants, shops and attractions. Reservation fees and departure maid service at extra charge will be collected at time of check-in and are as follows- 1 bedroom USD 34.37 1 bedrom plus loft USD 39.37 2 bedroom USD 39.37 2 bedroom plus loft USD 44.37 Minimum age requirement to check-in is 21 years of age. At check-in we will require proof of ID from the named person on the reservation. We will require a copy of valid drivers license and major credit card to cover incidentals to be on file. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am. If arriving after hours, check-in office is open until 11pm each evening. If arriving after 11pm, it is important to call 1-865-436-2325 to arrange a late arrival packet. Gatlinburg is the ideal vacation getaway. Deerridge is a beautiful resort that my husband and I have been coming to for 2 years. The mountain views are INCREDIBLE and if you stay in one of their deluxe rooms (we chose the 1 bedroom C-105) it is completely updated from all the new furniture
The beds could be more comfortable but other than that it was a very enjoyable stay. Their claim of "Best View in the Smokies" is very supportable. Their location is close enough to the area attractions but far enough away from all the commerciali

While visiting my brother we stayed in a 2 bedroom condo over looking The Great Smoky Mountains. The rooms were great size and it was very clean and privat! I would refure anyone here and I will be going back in Feb 2008 and will be staying here...
This place is great. Gatlinburg by day and peace and quiet by night. These rooms are great and fairly large. The views are indescribable. If you want to relax, this is it.
