Please be advised that a $250. 00 (incidental and security) deposit is required upon check in for all rooms at the Daytona Beach Regency. Guests must be over the age of 21 years. Located in Daytona Beach - Luxury 5 Star Resort located just 1/2 block from the Boardwalk. As we are continuing to upgrade our resort we have closed the access to several of the unit balconies due to safety issues. The interior of the unit is not effected but the balcony is not assessable. We will let you know as soon as they are balcony renovation is completed. Unfortunately, at this time we do not have a firm completion date. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
