The Daytona Beach Regency is the perfect location for a Florida beach vacation. Just steps away from the boardwalk, this well equipped all-suite beachfront resort offers spacious accommodations, organized activities and an indoor and outdoor swimming complex complete with pools, Jacuzzis and waterslides, BBQ and playground areas.. Relax on the white sandy shores of famous Daytona Beach and test your driving skills on the sand or at the nearby Speedway attractions and spend your evenings perusing the Downtown Shopping District.. **For 2007 Spring Break Celebration, a $500 incidental deposit, payable by cash or credit card, will be collected at check-in. The deposit is refundable provided there are no damages to the room or resort. Please be advised that excessive street and area activity may cause delays in traffic for Spring Break Celebration.**. Daytona Beach Regency requires $250 deposit for incidentals and security at check in either by cash or credit card.. Minimum age of 21 required prior check-in. Also, there is no on-site playground at the resort.". Please note: No trailer or RV parking are allowed at the property. ALL of our resorts will require a credit card ONLY deposit for all guests. The deposit will be $100 US and shall be returned when the rooms have been inspected and no damage has been done or items are not missing. Daytona Beach Regency is an all-suite Beach front resort, just 1/2 block from the Boardwalk. This 5 Star rated resort offers spacious one and two bedroom suites with living room, dining room and full kitchen. Laundry facilities are available. Guests enjoy indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis, gameroom and BBQ area. Daytona Beach Regency is within minutes of the Daytona International Speedway and Downtown shopping district. Please be advised that a $250. 00 (incidental and security) deposit is required upon check in for all rooms at the Daytona Beach Regency. Guests must be over the age of 21 years. Located in Daytona Beach - Luxury 5 Star Resort located just 1/2 block from the Boardwalk. As we are continuing to upgrade our resort we have closed the access to several of the unit balconies due to safety issues. The interior of the unit is not effected but the balcony is not assessable. We will let you know as soon as they are balcony renovation is completed. Unfortunately, at this time we do not have a firm completion date. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Excellent
We recently stayed 2 nights. The staff was very friendly, beds were extremely comfy, rooms were clean and the 2bdrm was perfect for our family. The location was nice, and it was a great value. We'd surely stay here again.
