The Daytona Beach Regency is the perfect location for a Florida beach vacation. The deposit is refundable provided there are no damages to the room or resort. Please be advised that excessive street and area activity may cause delays in traffic for Spring Break Celebration.**. Daytona Beach Regency requires $250 deposit for incidentals and security at check in either by cash or credit card.. Minimum age of 21 required prior check-in. We never even got to see room. We specificly booked at this hotel to meet up with some friends who were also staying there.After along drive, we arrived to check in only to be told they had over booked and were transfering us over 2 miles down the road. I would never book there again, not that it seemed to bother them at all!

We recently stayed 2 nights. The staff was very friendly, beds were extremely comfy, rooms were clean and the 2bdrm was perfect for our family. The location was nice, and it was a great value. We'd surely stay here again.
