Excellent

35 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel is boarded up and out of business. I booked through the Kayak link and received a confirmation from the booking reservation company. They charged me $6. When I showed up at the hotel to check in at 11pm it looked like the Bates motel with no working 1st floor doors or windows and lights flickering on and off.

25 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for business
This hotel was dirty. The people at the front desk were unfriendly. The maid service did not come by consistently. The gym (the only reason I booked this particular hotel) was inexplicably locked on Monday morning at 7 am. When I asked the front desk receptionist to unlock it should told me she could not. This hotel was not what I was expecting.
