I stayed 1 night with family. The location was great, that is where it ended! The room was disgusting, and as the night went on, little black bugs started appearing on and in everything! Talk about giving someone the willies! There were 3 different

the hotel was VERY loud... front desk was friendly, but not very helpful with the noise issues. Room stunk, but was clean. Housekeeping staff was helpful with extra towels, etc. Price was nice, but would not stay there again.

Very convenient with respect to our purpose for staying in the Wis Dells area.Needs some updatingbathroom lighting was very dim. Overall, it was a good experience. Would recommend it to other travelers with the same objectives for traveling to Wis....

Close to downtown.Cable TV was fuzzy. Hotel beds were comfortable. Cable TV was unhooked from cable box. Bare wires were hanging. This is something that should have been checked by room service after cleaning room from last customer. Hotel lobby...
The staff was really friendly and helpfull. I probaly annoyed them with all of my questions, but they always smiled and pointed in the right direction. The waffles were great.

Great location. It was a great hotel for my needs. We just wanted a place to crash overnight that was close to the sights in the Dells. It had everything that I needed.

Location to the Chunk casino.Stained hallway carpet. Hotel was clean and that is my main requirement for a hotel stay. The bed was comfortable and their were no bugs.
