Days Inn Winter Haven Hotel

The location is good. It's close to many restaurants including Cypress Gardens. The rooms were okay but we had some problems in some of the rooms, we went in a group, such as the bathroom needed fixing, mold on the shower curtains and mold in the bathtubs.

The location was good, it was close to many restaurants and to many attractions. I just had some problems with the cleanliness in the hotel rooms yet they solved the issue fast and we were able to enjoy the remainder of our stay. The price was good.

The staff did not call me for a wake-up call.

It could be in a better place because there is parking for a restaurant in front of the Days Inn, and some of the people park in the Days Inns parking lot.

The desk clerk was friendly and efficient. However, when we asked for extra pillows they had none.
