39 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
People partying all night outside our room (one room over)for at least 3 hrs, between 2 and 5 am. Staff allowed such behavior, got little or no sleep. No toilet paper, front desk spoke very little or vroken english, hard to communicate with. Showed no respect nor seamed to care, just kept telling me to come to front desk to get whatever items I needed, items that should have been in room, like towels, toilet paper etc.. The light in bathroom(fan light) so loud that took shower and used toilet mainly in the dark due to annoying loud, obnoctious noise. (didn't want to wake or keep others in room awake with it's loud hum). smelled badly of cigarette smoke. Would not stay there again..
The price was good, the service was terrible. All I wanted was toilet paper for our room. I stopped at the front desk to pick it up on my way back home to the room, they didn't have any and assured me someone would bring it up. After two hours and really having to go to the bathroom I called and asked if they could please bring us the tp. She sounded annoyed and said yes, but then quickly asked me to come pick it up(same girl who couldn't find it in the first place) I noted that I had already asopped there and again reminded her that I just left there and that she promised me I would have it delivered to my room. After, yet another half hour, I went down to the lobby again where when she saw me come in ran to the back and came out to greet me with the precious tp. No apology, nothing. I mean really!! all I wanted was toilet paper, the room had 1/4 roll when we checked in. Also, room smelled terribly of cigarettes... Anyway ,price wise it was reasonable, but customer service/front desk/housekeeping, I have to give them a 2. Of course checking out was the easiest part of the entire motel experience, fast, friendly and courteous. A different person of course...
