This place has got to be a JOKE. I was angry at this place it was unreal. I did my homework and still ended up in a pure HELL hole. This dirty slum. The bathroom had a hole in the wall, the ceilings where all stained and yellow, it had a stinch of p

This place was a Hell whole. They should be a shame to take people's money for such a nasty grimmey place. The room had a poopy stinch(like a backed up toilet). The bathroom had a whole in the wall, the shower had mildew at the bottom of it. The toi

Upon arrival, we asked for another room due to the nonsmoking room smelling like someone had just finish smoking. The second knight was a fire alarm (1am) due to faulty ice machine. The third knight, we were locked out
of the room (12 midnight) due to a faulty lock on the door and had to wait for the manager to arrive from home. The indoor pool was strong and full of clorine that it made bubbles. The rooms were small and not the best. The outside of the hotel needs to be rated (6) higher than the inside
(VERY DECEIVING) of the hotel. However, the hospitality was good.

My family and I just stayed at the Days Inn Colonial Resort from 07/23/2008 to 07/25/2008. We had just left another hotel which we stayed in conjunction with a timeshare presentation which was absolutely horrible, so, the Days Inn was like a blessing to us. We were able to check in around 1:00 pm as our room was ready. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The indoor pool was clean and my three children enjoyed it immensely. The game room was also nice and I was able to access the internet freely from one of their computers. My only complaint was the continental breakfast room. It is way too small for a hotel that size and the guests were literally tripping over each other trying to get food. Other than that, I was satisfied with my stay and would definitely stay there again.

We recently stayed July 4th weekend 2008. One has to walk past smokers sitting on the porch to enter the hotel. (The ash trays of which are overflowing and stink.) I thought by booking a suite we'd have some place nice. The John Blair Suite's AC unit is so loud it wakes you while you are sleeping. One cannot access wireless internet while in the John Blair suite-poor reception. One should be at breakfast at 7am if one would like food. The breakfast room is overcrowded. The food was not restocked and spills were not attended to. Don't book the hotel for the indoor pool either. I would not let my kids swim in the pool because the pool was so cloudy you could not see the bottom of the ladders or the pool bottom. I had to ask for bath towels one day because they only provided 2 even thought I had reserved the room for a family with 2 kids. Never saw a comp. USA Today paper as advertised on the web site. If this had not been the 4th of July weekend & I thought we could get into another place-we would have left. Way too much $ for this hotel. I would not stay again.
My stay, for business purposes, was supposed to be for 5 nights. I checked out after the first night and found a clean motel. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room but it reaked of smoke. The bathroom floor was soiled with hair and dirt and it ...
