It is a great hotel with a great price. It is clean and comfortable. The hotel is within easy walking distance to shopping and dining. I liked the friendly staff and the great housekeepers. The hotel is convenient to the west entrance of the Yellowstone National Park.
The housekeeping staff went out of the way to be friendly and efficient. We messed up our reservation and the front desk staff helped us sort it all out and let us extend for a day with no problems.
I am very likely
to return to the Days Inn West Yellowstone.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

There were a few people at the front desk that seemed like they had too much of a workload and they were extremely stressed. We saw one of the employees yell at the person they were speaking with on the phone and slam it, then continue to speak with us in an agitated tone. The cleaning staff, however, was incredible. I left them a note thanking them for how well they kept the place, it was really exceptional. It was a very clean, quiet, accommodating place. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, though it was hard finding one of good quality.
The beds were comfortable. I did not have to worry about bugs or other intrusions like nearby hotels or motels.
I am very likely
to return to the Days Inn West Yellowstone.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Top notch Days Inn. Large, clean, quiet rooms with good beds. We had a great four night stay for a reasonable price in a resort area. There is no continental breakfast but there are two grocery stores within three blocks and one opens early and has fresh rolls and muffins in the morning.

The staff that I had contact at the counter were not very experienced. It took longer for them to answer my requests, but were able to give me the information that I was looking for.
It was conveniently located. A good value compared to others in the area. The pool, which had a water slide, was a hit with my 6 year old.

My husband, son and I stayed there on a recent trip. We booked online and were so excited about the close proximity to Yellowstone and the indoor pool. We checked in and I was very disappointed considering we paid $115 a night for our room. The security was my first concern-outside entrance could be accessed by anyone. The room we had had a very worn feel-the bathroom was not very clean and the bedcovers were pretty worn. They did have a small laundry room downstairs with 2 washers and 2 dryers. They needed more with the size of the hotel itself. The cable service was very limited and the hall carpet could use some replacing. We were very disappointed also with the early closing of the pool.
