Dealing with the manager over the phone proved to be very unprofessional and lack of customer service skills.
It seems that they have an unskilled front desk person that did not know how to effectively communicate the situation at hand, and the manager was actually worse.
I will not ever deal with this Inn as long as they continue to allow their employees to practice unprofessionalism in management, customer service and communication skills. They have proven to be unorganized and have unpleasant attitudes!
