The hotel is clean, the staff is great, and there is enough parking. The parking lot has video cameras which makes it even better. I feel safe at this hotel.

The sheets were not clean, there were hairs and bugs in the tub. The toilet didn't work, there was a glass pipe under the bed, and we did not get our wake up call.
It took me 10 days to get a hold of the manager who told me he had to submit the credit to corporate. So 23 days later I call them and he never put it in. I never got an apology for any of the problems.
