Days Inn Wall Hotel - Page 1

My husband & I stayed in this hotel on June 22, 2007. We checked in after 3 p.m., were given our room key. When we got to our room, the door was open, and it was not cleaned up from the last visitor. The maid was working on the room across the hall. She said it would be another 25 min. before she would be finished. We waited another 30 min. and went back. She was still not done. We had to wait another 30 min. before she was done. We were not offered any type of compensation for our inconvenience. The lady working the front desk was irritated with us because we were hanging out in the lobby while we waited for our room to be cleaned. We finally figured out that she sat on the couch & watched T.V. while folding the towels, and we were in her spot. We noticed that whenever the water was running, our room smelled strongly like sewer. Yuck! I would never stay here again, or recommend it to anyone.

This was a good experience, in fact we made it a point to stay at the same one on our return trip. It's very clean and has comfortable rooms. I would certainly recommend it.
