The room was ok. Loved the jacuzzi. Staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was good. Would have liked to be allowed to take back to the room though. If you are looking for an ocean view you have to walk across the street to see it. You cannot see

We stayed for 4 nights for a family vacation. The pictures on the website made the hotel seem very nice. However, when we arrived, the door to the hotel was open as well as the sliding glass door and the carpet was soaked from apparantly cleaning it

35 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel condition was really bad and we had a terrible experience. We booked 2 rooms and the carpet had stains everywhere. The rooms also smelled bad. There were nats (tiny flying bugs) all over the rooms and the hotel. They were all over our stuff. The staff were rude and obnoxious. The only decent thing about the entire experience was the continental breakfast. Good variety and well stocked. However, it's not worth all the agony we went through. We will not return again.
