I told the very friendly desk clerk, Alice, that I liked your hotel. It`s clean on the outside and has a nice layout. The rooms were clean and decent size and the hotel was in a good area with easy access to surrounding attractions. We`ll try you again next time.
the only recomendation that I would tell you is that you should not pack up the breakfast area two minutes after 9am. I went to get some orange juice when I saw the very prompt attendant removing the bagels, and discovered the juice machine was already locked. Another diner(from Austria) said that he and his daughter had been traveling for 10 days and this was the first time that had been treated quote"like a criminal" unquote. I told him that I was glad that he didn`t get that feeling everywhere in America and that I had to agree that the staff was over zealous. Not good, you need to work on that. It makes you look petty and cheap.Fix that and you`ll have a good combination. Good luck, Mike Finn

My frineds and I stayed at the hotel for a week - the staff was great. Friendly and inviting place to stay. Large pool open till 10:00 - good breakfast in the morning and close to FL state Aquriam and the Hard Rock
Rooms are above standard. The staff is very helpful. Large pool and great breakfast. Decided to stay extra 2 days. Busch Gardens only 6 miles from the hotel. Reason why we stayed extra 2 days after the concert -which is 2 miles from the hotel. E
Close to everything - we decided to stay two extra day after our initial check out day. The hotel is 6 miles from Busch Gardens and two miles from the concert hall.
