Mediocre
The side door (from the outside) with access to guest rooms was left open in the evening (9pm and later). Towels were not replenished with consistency - 1 day we received 2 sets another day we received 3 sets and on another day we didn't receive...
The Tacoma Day's Inn was located right off I-5, close to everything in town. However, our room was very smelly, like a large mold problem, had holes in the wall, was soot covered in the ceiling, and dirty all over. The vent in the bathroom was ...

I was very satisfied with all aspects of my stay. The room was comfortable and the service was very good. It was clean and had no smell of tobacco. Its location was good for the purpose I needed. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Horrible
Appears to have large base of permanent welfare residents. Nightly parties w/loud music,shouting and screaming in hallways until early morning hours. Won't sleep much here.
