Dirty, dusty..carpet, ... Carpet corners dirty and had spiderwebs and spiders every where, A/C Unit dirty and dusty filter...doors not sealed...noisy...thin walls room doors not sealed. Sheets old and torn.....Last nightstay unauthorized pet upstairs up all night! Front desk courteous...but not unable to help....I saw housekeeping lady sweeping the stairs at checkout.....Totally disappointed....will never stay there again....I have pictures if you would like to see...I blame the manager who is not actively checking quality etc....BAD!!!!!!

I asked for the sheets to be changed and they were not changed and nothing was done. The sheets should have been changed at least once during the week especially since I had asked them to be changed because I had spilt something on them. I did not like that I had dirty sheets but no credit.
