Horrible Hotel!
The carpet is torn and stained in the room. The room has no desk or table- when I asked the lady at the desk-she had a blank look on her face and asked me if other hotels have this. There is a 2" gap at the top of my door where bugs...

The room condition was substandard. There was torn carpet and a lack of overall maintenance. They have rooms available with a view of the river but the desk clerk did not offer them.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Days Inn And Suites Vicksburg.
I would not recommend it to friends.

It was a nice hotel. The light fixtures did not work properly and I thought that the lay out of the building was not completely safe. The main building was two story, however, to get to the pool there were an extra two stories to go down. If you were on the second floor you had to walk down four filghts of stars to get to the pool area. The way the bottom, or the pool floor, was set up there was a wall that blocked the view and made security a concern. I would suggest that the management check the outdoor lighting and security on the perimeter of the property. I would also suggest that the housekeeping staff who was wonderful check the lighting in the rooms. We do love La Quinta hotels for taking animals. We were there with several other travelers and their other family members, pets. I also appreciated that the front desk clerk did let me know that my online rate was better than the Petsmart rate. I also liked that there was an area away from the general public for the dogs. It does need to be marked and signs posted to show the way.
I am very likely
to return to the Days Inn And Suites Vicksburg.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
We were very surprized at this hotel. I wasn't expecting much but it out did what I expected. The room was clean not just looked clean but smelled very clean. Shower was very clean even the baseboards and showerheads. The beds were alright...

This didn't seem like a very nice hotel to me. My son and I stayed there for 3 nights and it wasn't of that good of quality people said it was. The room smelled bad and the staff didn't change our sheets the entire time we were there. The shower...
