Stayed two nights, Hostess was extremely kind and rooms were nice and they were clean.!! The Rooms "Didnt" smell like they were painted with air freshener...!!!! Would stay there...

This hotel is located right across from walmart and Chili's restaurant. Had a double bed room that was clean and the beds were OK. The room had a microwave and refrigerator.
This hotel was close to UA campus with easy access. It was quiet, since it sat a few blocks off the interstate. Both my very picky daughter and I were immediately impressed with the room when we entered. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom was especially nice with granite-look Corian counters and shower wrap around. I was very pleased with the accomodations and the price!

The rooms were very dirty. My toddler's knees and tops of feet turned black after only a few minutes crawling around on the floor in our room. Then we realized our 3 yr old and our feet were also black from dirt. They also switched our reservations...
