Okay
Rooms ok, the people working were great! They gave us ideas of local things to do which were helpful. Wireless was not working or bad signal. I would stay again but there are better places.

These people substitute a box fan for central air conditioning when the outside temperature is 115 degrees. Room had to be 140. When I was moved to a room with a window air conditioner (which was of marginal worth) they promptly rented the other room to their next victim. Their lobby and living quarters had adequate cooling, so they didn't care about the guests! I wouldn't return to this place at gunpoint.

Reserved a room assuming Americas Best Value Inn but on late check in found out it was a Independent Hotel with crap staff. The Lobby was horrible and one cannot think of staying in this hotel. Stayed for a night and checked next day morning and stayed in another Hotel.
In short on all websites they are misleading the travelers as Americas Best Value Inn but it is not a Franchisee.
My suggestion to file a Law Suite to this people by the franchisee.

Awful and misleading.
Actually the hotel's name is Best Value Inn and not Americas Best Value Inn. Its a non franchisee hotel, but is misleading and misguiding the people on all websites and one of them was me.
The lobby area was smelling like a restaurant since the front desk person was cooking something in his adjoining apartment kichen.
Though the room had a Non Smoking sigh on the door it was given to me as a smoking room and when inquired they said it does not matter. The ash tray was their but everything i saw was disgusting. the mattresses where all worn out and with all dirty spots on it, the bathtub was filthy, as if it was not cleaned for months and the sink was also the same. There where hardly 4 or 5 rooms occupied in whole hotel and that too with all crap people staying...
During night in the rooms as well as parking lot, deals for drugs and prostitution was going on which i saw with my own eyes and when i called the front desk they said its a routine business and you need not worry....I would never stay in this hotel and would also not recommend to any of the guest. Though the area is ok and in the centre of the town they have not maintained this hotel nor the management is interested in the same. They were interested in entertaining illegal business.
I checked out early in the morningand i was surprise to see the same prostitute comming out from manager's apt and sat in the lobby, she also for a lift or if interested to go in room in front of the manager.
Breakfast was also served in dirty and inhyginec tray.

I stayed for a wedding as the Mormon Temple is just down the street. The rooms are very clean and property well maintained. The family who runs it made us feel like we were part of the family. We stay here often as we travel to the Temple 4-6 times a year.

We stayed at this motel on Feb 3-4 2007. We did see the previous review, but decided to check in anyway.
There were no issues in cleanliness. They rooms are larger than other motels on the street. We checked several. The family running it was great. They were very helpful with directions, attractions and many things in the area. The price was 20-40 dollars less than the nearest chains and the quality was better.

I come out to ride my motorcycle each year. I belong to a Honda Goldwing group and we stay for 6 weeks each winter. We now have 12 rooms of people for the entire time.
We feel very welcome and at home. We have been back four winters now and every year more come with us. We have no problems and if there is any minor issues the owners are always there and address it very quickly. We love it here.

The rooms are dirty, the sheets and towels were not properly cleaned, and the mold problem in the bathrooms should be taken care of ASAP. For this price, I would suggest another hotel down the street that is clean.
