It was a nice stay. The air conditioning was cool and quiet. The location was close to the interstate.

There were strong locks on the room door. I liked the well lit parking lot and hallways.

The clerk was very friendly and was able to give me directions to different places that I needed to go. My stay was very enjoyable.

The clerks were very respectful.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Even though I was given a smoking room and arrived at eight o'clock on New Year's Eve, they moved me quickly and without hassle to a non smoking room when I asked. I only wished the smoking and non smoking rooms had been on different floors.

The woman at the front desk was friendly and efficient. I appreciated her prompt attention when I came to her requesting another room.

The room and the carpeting was dirty. Cockroaches were found in the bathroom on the third day of the stay. The hotel did move me to another room which was dirty, too. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was fine and the location was good because we wanted to be outside of Columbus, but there was a fire alarm during the night and the staff had no idea what to do, or what was happening. They made no effort to evacuate the property even though they did not know what was causing the alarm.

It was close to the interstate. The room was excellent. It included a microwave and refrigerator.

The staff was friendly. They tried to get exactly what I required.

The beds were comfortable and we got a good night's rest.

The employees always smiled and had an upbeat attitude.

The rooms needed remodeling: stained carpets, etc.

It was clean, convenient to the highway, with a good restaurant inside.
