June 2009, Under renovation room clean, new A/C unit, but hallways and common areas in rough shape. Service was perfect, when we had a problem, taken care of within an hour, all employees could be in a 5 star resort and should be praised for working under these conditions.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Days Inn & Suites Columbia.

I love the breakfast that was available in the mornings. I love the location with restaurants, stores, that were available. The hotel is undergoing major renovation. The room was large with the little mini living area and the king size bed was great. The whirlpool bath was great.

I was traveling with my friend and her granddaughter, to see her daughter graduate from AIT at Ft. Jackson.
When we went to check in the 2yr old was tired and fussy. The man behind the counter walked off and refused to wait on us.

I will never stay at this hotel again, and I will never recommend this hotel. The rooms were not cleaned properly and the bathroom was dirty especially the bathtub. The walls and the bath had yellow stains on them. The carpets looked like they had...

The check in clerk was very polite, offered discounts without having to ask. Parking was convenient. The hotel interior was very attractive, clean and neat. The free breakfast was more than expected. The location was very convenient from the interstate.

Mediocre
The beds were old and hard. I pulled a table out to use a electrical outlet the floors looked as if never been clean. The bathroom walls & ceilings had yellow stains. I will not stay there again.
