I booked this room online at a economy rate. At first rate was low so I did not expected much from this hotel. But to my surprise Hot breakfast, free upgrade to suite (they did not have the room so they upgraded me free), I love to stay at this loca
We had two connecting rooms ,bouble bed and tbey were very nice and clean. We had hot breakfast buiscuit gravy, sausages patties and we never expected that in this low price. Indoor heated pool was a real pleasure. We are planning to stay again.

64 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
We have stayed here on two different occasions. The first time we had made reservation due to the location. The second time we had not made reservations and it was the 4th place to check that we could find a room. So we took it. The first stay, the occupants above us had some kind of difficulty, quiet loud, he was not happy with his partner. The second time, the phone had been ripped from the wall and was not repaired while we were there, and we requested a micro and fridge, which were never delivered. We would have checked out but it was an Arkansas football weekend and everything was taken, at least in the area we needed to be.

Location was perfect; great walking distance to all major attractions.Phone did not work and we only had one bath towel and had to walk to lobby to get another since phone did not work.“The Millennium NYC is located in an amazing location for NYC....
On a recent stay at this location I found my room was nasty, the bed was infested with bedbugs. I was moved to a different room but the bed in that one also had bugs. I ask for a refund and was told "sorry, I had to talk to the general manager next morning, she is only one authorized to refund" I left and checked into another hotel. I keep getting the run around, I am told the manager is never there. I leave my call back number but to no avail. I would not recommend anyone stay here.
