It was the last day of a two-week trip and we were only interested in a hotel near the airport. We were not looking for any amenities. For the money, we were very satisfied with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. We were especially impressed with the totally free long distance to anywhere in the US. Since we had been away for two weeks we made several calls to family and friends. We were also surprised at the quality of the continental breakfast at such an inexpensive hotel.

The room and lobby were not very clean. I had problems that were resolved later through the website complaint department.

We were able to leave our vehicle in their lot while we were out of state. The parking lot was well lit, and in the front of the hotel. Each time we've done this we have been happy with the service.

The staff has a way of making me feel important and they gave me their full attention

The lighting needs to be changed and the room furniture needs maintenance or updating.

The room we were in had a sagging mattress and we could not regulate the heat to our comfort.

Very nice rooms with non-smoking rooms, king size beds, (mostly) friend staff. The mattresses are very comfortable.

The beds were very comfortable and our room had a coffee/tea maker. It was also a very quiet room.
