50 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
This hotel is dirty. I found panties under the bed from the last visitor along with a lot a dirt. The manager Prem K refused to come and look at that and the dirt that was in the room. The hotel operator refused to forward my to call to him and said that I could not speak to him. When I told her it was my legal right, I then got my call forwarded. The manager stated that he does not have time to drop everything and look at my problem. Housekeeping did come and remove the panties and I pointed out the dirt. Housekeeping staff is very friendly, however; management does not live up to their printed guarantee in every room that the room will be discounted because of issues with the room. The pool needs cleaned. Dirty dirty room. Ceiling had peeling paint and dirty. Bathroom had dirt built up in all corners. Never ever would I reccomend this hotel to anyone. Now I know why it was the only hotel that had any rooms available.
