39 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
When I went to check out, the reception person told me that my credit card had already been charged, even though it specifically said on the website that I would not be charged until check out. I tried to talk to the person about this, but she said it was standard policy. But she did not speak very good English so I could not understand what she was trying to say. I did not want the room charged, as I had planned to pay cash. She gave me no alternatives to resolve this issue. After I came home, I completed an evaluation and asked for some kind of resolution. Instead, the same woman I dealt with at reception called me and left me a message with the same explanation she gave me previously--basically telling me why I was wrong-again, in very bad English. The hotel was a dump and the staff were not friendly or helpful.
Everything about this hotel is average and that's what you should expect with what you pay for a room. Everything is good enough and the prices are great. You can expect luxury but you can expect a comfortable room and a decent breakfast. Great...
