Horrible
The room we ended up getting was a nice size room. Staff shouldn't care where you booked your room through. They should just try to accomodate you and this hotel wouldn't. They had no smoking rooms but only if I paid the usual rate for their hotel...
57 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I was very pleased with the service and food. Checkout was a very fast and the people at the front desk were very friendly.
The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and attentive. Check-in didn't take very long, which was nice since I was tired after driving in the snow for 5 hours. Our room was clean and comfortable. She let us know that there was continental breakfast.
