They did a good job.

We liked having an handicapped room available and the courtesy van to the clinic. It would have been nicer, maybe, if the room had been on the ground floor, though.

The hotel is nice and clean and has a friendly staff.

The staff was not prepared to answer my questions and did not direct me appropriately. Each time my computer dialed to the Internet I was charged .50. When I pointed this out I was told they would leave a note for the manager. I was never contacted or credited. When I showed them the info book in my hotel room that said that local calls were free, the desk person could only shrug her shoulders.

The staff was consistently helpful. They provided clear directions to area attractions and extra pillows as requested.
