Days Inn South Padre Island Motel

The room was a pretty bad. It had blood all over like a fight had occured in the room. the air conditioner didin't work well, the appliances were old and they hiked up the rate passed what was posted on the door.

There was a lumpy bed in the first room and I needed another place to sit like a sofa or some place comfortable.

The shower curtain had mold and the pillows were moldy. The vent in the bathroom and the clothes rack were filthy. The light between the beds did not work and the water constantly ran in the bathtub. The cake that was in the office when we checked in was still there two days later. There was a layer of dust on the window sills in the office. The morning front desk person was rude. The evening lady was nice. There were only two chairs in the lobby for guests to use while having breakfast. They offered very limited breakfast.

The place can be more welcoming, the staff is friendlier and the rooms are more up to date and cozier.

It is convenient to the convention center and beaches.
